NEW SESSIONS
With pilates 121 being popular, I am now offering a package tailored
to the individual, giving postural feedback, breathing, exercise,
massage and relaxation.
The exercise will be based on pilates because I believe it is the best
and most useful to allow everyone to look and feel the best they can.
Tailoring it to the individual means that the person has the time and a
real chance to understand their own body and the patterns of use that
give them aches and pains and lower their energy. With time and
learning energy increases and you can look and feel good.
The massage, as always, will be focused on areas of tension. The
techniques used are the revitalising acupressure or relaxing
aromatherapy, along with myofascial release.
This coupled with the increased awareness of pilates exercise only adds
to its benefits.
A relaxation session completes the package.
The whole package will last around 2.5 hours.
An introductory offer allows you to take advantage of this for only
£50 per session
Developments from this will include a relaxation and exercise CD.
A regular class will hopefully be possible for people who want to
continue having regular sessions of pilates based exercise, breathing
and relaxation

121 or 122 PILATES BASED EXERCISE AND RELAXATION
As with the basic pilates 121 sessions, these sessions are tailored to
the individual
- They would suit people who want to become more aware of their posture and how to achieve the best use and posture possible.
- They will learn how use of the body and posture are linked.
- They will learn how use and posture affect the whole-being on a physical,mental and emotional level.
- They will learn how the body is connected on a physical mental and emotional level.
- The slow controlled exercises pay attention to detail and focus on position to balance muscle groups
- We focus on learning to only use the effort necessary in a movement combined with relaxation and breathing
- Last but not least the sessions move in a client lead direction so each may have a different focus
NEW AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy massage for energy center balance.
In this session, after a consultation essential oils are chosen to help
imbalances found in a clients energy centers.
This makes the massage a much more holistic session working to balance
body mind and spirit.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is a treatment designed to help or heal, by the correct
use or application of essential plant oils. The oils have many healing
properties and can affect the whole person on mental, emotional and
physical levels. A massage with essential oils can help relieve many
ailments including anxiety, insomnia, tiredness, depression and
muscular aches and can help with stress.
On-site Massage
This is a 25 minute, clothed acupressure-based massage which leaves the
client feeling revitalised and ready for anything. Designed to be given
in the workplace, it addresses stress where and when it occurs and can
greatly enhance efficiency at work.
Acupressure Massage
A full body massage which many active people find to be very beneficial
in easing muscle tension and boosting energy levels.
Reiki Healing
Reiki works by allowing the recipient space to rejuvenate their own
healing powers. A holistic session for mind, body and spirit, repeated
sessions will boost the sense of wellbeing, ease depression, strengthen
the immune system and help alleviate physical ailments.
Hot Stone Therapy
Another ancient healing system, stones will warm, nurture and balance
you physically, mentally and spiritually. The therapy involves the
application of water heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key
points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of
warmth and comfort. The energy emitted by the stone during a session
affects the energy field and pathways of the body to balance and heal.
A stone massage is a unique experience connecting with nature and the
benefits are many from relaxation and detoxing to helping digestion and
relieving pain.
Pilates
A system of exercise devised by Joe Pilates in the 1940s, Pilates is
based on his concept of a balanced body and mind. The system addresses
posture, body mechanics, correct breathing, spinal flexibility and core
control. Exercises are based on his principles of breathing,
concentration, control, centering precision and flow. Imbalances in the
muscles become less and aches and pains are reduced.
Pilates for the workplace
Long hours sitting at the computer causes aches, pains and stiffness
but good posture can combat this. Workplace pilates can help by working
with regular on-site acupressure to release tight muscles and prevent
injury. One to one sessions focus on the individual and his or her
specific problems.
Indian Head Massage
An ancient technique from the Indian Ayurvedic system of healing,
Indian Head Massage helps alleviate stress, headaches and eyestrain and
will leave you feeling very relaxed as well as increasing energy
levels.
